Submit a support request for additional assistance with EcoStruxure IT software.
Select your language from the translate dropdown in the upper right.
The Alarm history tab in the Alarms view provides an overview of historical alarms for your IT Expert organization.
An IT Expert subscription is required.
Select a location to view the alarm history for that location, All locations by default.
Set the timeframe.
Click Custom dates to define the date range for the graph and the table.
Click Simple to select from: Past hour, Past 6 hours, Past 24 hours, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past 365 days.
Adjust the filter to see only the alarms that are important to you. Filter by:
- Severity
- Status
- Acknowledgement
- Device type
- Category
- Device model
- Device manufacturer
An interactive graph shows the number of alarms for the time frame you select.
Hover your cursor over the graph to see details. Zoom to explore further.
A widget shows the five Devices with the most alarms.
Use the Search field to find specific alarms by name or description.
You can view the list in Table view or in Card view.
When you view the list in table view, you can Configure columns to see more or less information as needed. Select the columns you want to display in the table or restore the default.
Click Export to CSV to download a report.
Click refresh
