Web Client not able to acquire data

Hi everyone

 

I am implementing a web client connecting to CitectSCADA 2016 WebServer. went through necessary steps to setup my client up yo web deplyment and everything went OK

when I run the the web client I get all webpages running but without the data assossiated with the Runtime

I would appreciate any help

P.S : when running a web client from the server machine itself everything goes just fine

Hi Osama,

One place to check is that you have the Ports open on the webserver for the IO. Check the Technical Note or ports used by CitectSCADA.

Hi Osama,

thank you sir , I found that Windows firewall  was blocking the inbound traffic
