I am trying to install Vijeo V6.2 SP11 on windows 10, but I am getting an error message and it appears that I need to install the basic V6.2 before SP11 will install. Where do I find /download the basic V6.2

Hi Brooky,
Vijeo Citect is a legacy version of Citect.
Typically, all AVEVA Software can be found / downloaded from the AVEVA Global Customer Support Website.
https://softwaresupport.aveva.com/
However, you will need to be registered user and a customer with valid current support to download software.
Once registered, you would be able to download any available software.
If you are struggling, I would suggest contacting your nearest Schneider Electric representative to discuss getting access and support.

Actually, I think we are looking at Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP11 here, @Kien_Mac . It's a reasonably recent SP, from last year. I saw this post moved here by admin a couple of days ago and haven't been able to get here since. By Basic, I am presuming the base, non service pack version is being requested. Not sure if that would solve the problem though, not my field unfortunately, however at 1.8GB, I would have thought the Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP11 download from Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP11 - Installation files Software - Release | Download Schneider Electric should have the whole product install, not just and incremental patch.
