Process Analyst is not installed properly

The Historian Web client appears to run fine. However, when attempting to start the Process Analyst web client, the "Process Analyst is not installed properly" error message is shown as the following: 

Please consult the help for more information, or view the Windows Code Download Log (located in the Temporary Internet Files folder) for troubleshooting information.

 

1. And i turn on the development tools of internet explorer and find that a error of console.

SCRIPT5009: 'ProcessAnalystControl' is undefined

function Initialize()
{
ProcessAnalystControl.CreateProcessAnalyst('ViewClient', 'P@ssw0rd', 'http://NODE003-SVR/HistorianWebService/HistorianWebService.asmx');
}

 

2. I have turned on all ActiveX feature of internet explorer with low level security.

 

Could anyone help me on this issue ?

I have found out more thing about this issue.

 

While i installed the package of process analyst independently , i got some error message "Error 1904.Module Analyst.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147220473.

And i search the error code from google and tried all method included installed different version of visual C++ and register the dll independently. Unfortunately , all of them are not usefull.

 

Could anyone help me ?

It may be that nobody in this forum (myself included) has seen this error.

 

With these kinds of issues, the best route is always going to be through your normal support channels. They will have access to more information about the error that you are seeing here, either through previous cases or being able to escalate to a higher level.

For this moment, some of workstation has been installed properly so i think it may be related to the network firewall which is blocked some ActiveX features.

Remark : The workstation has been installed properly which is connected to historian server directly instead of through network firewall.
