Limit of screens/popup - Vijeo Citect

Hello everybody!

Can anyone help me with a question. I'm trying to run vijeo citect on 4 screens. I have already changed the multimonitor configurations. The execution appears on the 4 screens, but I cannot open any popups or commands. Apparently it reached a limit of screens and popups. Does anyone know how to get around this situation?

Hi @vmsantos ,

It might be helpful to share what version of the product you are using. What templates are you using in your project (this will have the Multi-Monitor capabilities in it).

With regards to limits being reached on the number of pages/popups, this can be increased by modifying the [Page]Windows parameter. In Citect SCADA 2018 this parameter was increased from the default value of 4 to 50. This has allowable value between 1 and 200.

Also please note that tag write access, alarm ack or areas/privilege's protected pages will require user to be logged in and have required security access.
