I can't add a device to Citect

 I have a mining application, where from time to time I add a PLC via Modbus TCP IP, I currently have around 9 PLCs connected, the last time I tried to add a PLC and start the application, the application does not start and the following message appears: RuntimeManager: "The citect process (cluster1.loss_server) is stopped

Hi @diego-arrasco,

I'd recommend reaching out to Citect technical support to help troubleshoot this issue.

If I was debugging this, I would look at the syslog.IOServer.Cluster1.IOServer1.dat file in a notepad editor to see what errors are logged there. It might be that you just need to tune some parameters in the citect.ini to get it working.
