How to communicate ION 7650 energy meter with Power SCADA expert via PWRMODBUS protocol?

Hi,

I am new to PowerSCADA expert. I have PowerSCADA expert v8.1 and v7.5.

I am trying to read data from an ION7650 energy meter over Ethernet.

Using Modscan I am able to read the data of ION7650 via Modbus TCP/IP protocol.

I have made a test device profile using PwrModbus protocol and communication is done over Modbus TCP/IP.

But problem is that, Communication is established (EEHealth = 1) but other data values like Voltage, currents are showing like  -0.00 but tag status shows GOOD.

How to solve this problem?

I have already cross-checked the tag address, with ION7650 device profile provided in profile editor.

T:MV;m:150;u:1;N:-1;L:P:33 for Voltage A-N but it still does not work.

In IO Device manager, there are two options for communication protocol

1. Modbus RTU via Gateway

2. Modbus TCP ( w/ device address 255)

I have selected Modus TCP as I the meter is connected via Ethernet cable and I can read the same on modscan and on web page also.
