Combo Box Drop-down

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make a drop-down list of text items that operator can select one of them by Ci.Combobox.

I can create a text box includes all items but when clicking on one specific item, the selected item isn't returning.

Anyone had the same issue?

Hi Payam,

I just tried the code you link, and added a line to show the selection at the end. It works for me. I wonder whether you are pressing the cross at the top right corner to close the form? This will cancel the selection. To accept the selection on that form, you need to press "enter". Normally such a form would also include an OK and Cancel button as well.

Also, a solution with ci.combobox would be a completely different (arguably better) solution.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem was solved and it's working now.

The main issue was returning the selected item that needs another internal tag to save the selected item and RETURN it at the end to the main program.
