Citect Active X to access Web portal

Hello.

I am tasked to have a button on Citect (Plant SCADA 2023) to access a web-based system ( IP address).  I am new to this and from researching I believe I have to use ActiveX, but I am not sure how to get that done. Could someone who had done this in the past explain how I can do this?

Hi @Edwardwale,

It is possible to use the ActiveX Web Control from Microsoft.

The better approach is to take advantage of the new Web Content object in Plant SCADA.
