Alarm disappears in Vijeo Citect 2015
We have noticed that one alarm disappeared from Alarm Page in Vijeo Citect 2015.
The project has more than 7,000 declared tags whereas the licence installed is 5,000 tags.
Alarm buffer length is 1,000 and SummaryTimeout = 60.
Is there any reason why the alarm is not visible from the alarm page ?

Hello,
Could be that your license point count is not sufficient to handle all points. Citect uses a static + dynamic pointcount, meaning that all points (variables + alarms + several others) are counted dynamically when used. 7000 defined variables does not automatically mean that the 5000 used points are exceeded, but it is alarming.
You can check through the kernel commands how many points are in use. (see user guides Runtime > Debug Runtime > The Kernel > Page General).
When exceeded you need a license with more points.
You mention " one alarm disappeared from Alarm Page", does this mean it appeared but automatically disappears from the screen, even if the alarm condition is still there?
