firmware update for UPS Network Management Card 2 (Smart-UPS SRT 3000) - failed

i downloaded and extracted. i can see below files

i have tried uploading the zipfile or each of the unzipped files. all failed to update firmware.

The firmware on the network card and the firmware on the UPS are two separate and different firmwares. Looking at you "current version", you are looking at UPS firmware, whereas the firmware files you are referring to are for a network card. So, it fails for a good reason.

If you have a network card in the UPS, upgrading that to latest release is very often a good idea, as security and feature updates happen at a regular interval. And, if something fails during a firmware upgrade, recovering the card is almost always possible.

The UPS firmware is different, updates are not as frequent, and the changes made in the firmware often address specific issues. Rule of thumb for the UPS firmware is to leave it as is, unless specifically instructed to upgrade by our support to fix a specific issue.

As to the firmware to use, this depends on the generation of card you have installed in your UPS
