Unable to register ups
Hi!
We've aquired a new SmartUPS, and we are not able to register in the smartconnect-portal.
We tried rebooting, and disconnecting the batteries and so forth. The UPS has been online for weeks. Our firewall sees the communication being allowed through. We can see traffic to one of the servers in these instructions. Network Requirements for APC Smart connect port. - APC USA How can we confirm connection?
