1) The utility power goes down, NMC detects an On battery Event.
2) After 600 seconds, the PCNS asks the servers to run the command file if there is, wait for 70 additional seconds and then initiates a shutdown.
This means that I need to make sure that the runtime available on the UPS is at the minimum: 600 seconds + 70 seconds + time for the servers to shut down. Am I correct?
Question 2:
What triggers the UPS outlet group to turn off?
Question 3:
I understand that once PCNS has initiated the shutdown process, starting with the command file duration, there is no way to stop the shutdown. What happens if the utility power comes back after the UPS Group Outlet receives the command to turn off but before it has reached the end of the power off delay (800 seconds in my case)? Will it still wait for the power off delay to complete, turn off and then restart? Is that the purpose of the Reboot duration that I can see in the Outlet Group configuration?
