PowerChute Network Shutdown - where do you place a shutdown command file?

My log includes this error: 

ERROR: The ini file is missing shutdownCommandFile key from section Shutdown.

In the https://pacioli:6547/configureshutdownsettings page, I tried creating a
C:\Program Files\APC\PowerChute\group1\user_files\shutdown.bat
but receive the error;

The command file could not be loaded. The file must be located in the user_files folder in the PowerChute installation directory. For more information, see help.

How do I set this up?

The error is erroneous and can be ignored. If you want to correct the issue see page three of the attached release notes.

Thanks. I'll give that a go. Must the command file be in a specific folder?
