Hi there. I have upgrade our AP9631 to version 7.0.4. This is in a SMX3000RMLV2UNC. I have all the correct settings in the email server setup. (smtp.office365.com, port 587, Enable Auth, Always use SSL/TLS)
I know the credentials are correct as they are used elsewhere without any issues. I really think this is the APC card not using TLSv1.2 ciphers. We are also going through this with some MFCs. On those, when the MFC uses TLSv1.2, the communication is successful, when it goes out 1.0, it fails.
I am unable to test this on my end but can you go to Configuration > Network > Web > Access and change the minimum protocol to TLS 1.2. After changing the setting, kindly run an email test again and let us know how it goes.
