InRow RD 300mm Fluid Cooled "high suppy air temp" & "Relay output abnormal"

I have 4 InRow RC 300mm Units in a hot aisle containment system. When they are grouped in a set of 4, I am gettin High Supply Air Temp alarm and Relay Output Abnormal messages. The unit will blow no cool air and then recycle to blow cool air again with "relay output abnormal no longer exists"
I have never had all four do this just some the units that sit on the outside edge. If i put them in the mode where each run as individual units, it really cranks out the cold air and gets north pole cold, so it seems they are working but is some issue with them running as a unit of 4 where you can really optimize the cooling so that everything runs in a 72-77 temp as intended. Is there a setting issue, I have had apc out here and mechanical and nobody can really answer. I am thinking they just don't have experience with this type of inline cooling setup. Any help would be great!!@
