Get alert "Internal pack, cartridge 1 is not installed." even after replacing batteries.

Hello,

We received an alert to replace the batteries in a Smart-UPS SRT 6000. We installed the new batteries but it shows batteries are disconnected and the webgui shows the alert "

• Internal pack, cartridge 1 is not installed."

We tested the batteries in another Smart-UPS SRT 6000 and it worked. Issue is isolated to the one Smart-UPS SRT 6000. 

I rebooted the mgmt card and also tried to do a self-test but it refuses it. I suspect I will need to replace the whole UPS but I wanted to check if i missed anything. Any info is appreciated

Schedule a maintenance window to complete the following action items listed below:

Power down all connected loads and remove. Turn off the output from the LCD Menu. 

Disconnect all battery cartridges in the entire system. Remove AC power from the wall outlet.

Wait ten seconds than reconnect AC power. Wait for the system to declare a battery fault.

Reconnect the battery cartridge connector when the system prompts you if this is a new battery cartridge toggle from No to Yes.

Wait ten seconds . . . 

From the LCD Menu turn the output back on. The system should initiate a Self Test. If so let it complete.

If it does not start by itself manually initiate the Self Test through the LCD Menu.

Report back what you see and observe.

NOTE: Please call out the UPS / NMC firmware in place. Provide the following event, data, ups logs.
