Firmware Updates

Hi,

we have a Smart-UPS SRT 10000 I'm looking to update the firmware on this.. I'm reading conflicting info that it has to be powered off or at least the power outlets do... is this correct or can it be upgraded while the UPS is in use?

Also wanted to add the Network card is AP9537SUM could yo upoint me in the right direction for the firmware i need for this please... looking at this and there are so many types and versions just want to make sure I get the correct one.
