Error registering with the Network Management Card(s).

Hi there.

I have a SRV3KI with APV9601 and I want to setup the PowerChute network shutdown 4.4.3 and VMware ESXI 6.0.0. But during the last step, it's get "Error registering with the Network Management Card(s)." Who can help me, what can i do

The card APV9601 is not supporting PCNS software ,it is recommended to replace it with the replacement card AP9544 that can support PCNS services including virtualization which requires a certain license 

Please refer to the below FAQ for more information on this card that had 1 year free NMC subscription license and  if it needs Firmware files for Network Management Card for Easy UPS, 1-Phase (AP9544) lower than version 3.0 remain available for download on APC / SE websites and do not require an active Secure NMC
Subscription. Firmware files for Network Management Card for Easy UPS, 1-Phase (AP9544) from version 3.0 or higher requires an active Secure NMC Subscription and are available through the new Secure NMC System
(SNS) Tool
