I recently purchased a BVN650M1, partially relying on the description on the APC website. Specifically, the website says this model has a user replaceable battery and seems to indicate that Powerchute software will work with it. Neither is apparently the case. This error on the website should be remedied lest others are misled by the information presented.

I admit to also being irritated by the apparent lack of any way to communicate with APC except through these forums. The "Contact Us" item on the website doesn't provide any way to do that. To top it all off, this message seems only to allow "asking the community" rather than allowing communication with APC>

I have had APC products for years but this experience has been quite disappointing.
