I have a Smart-UPS 3000 XLM from 2012 (good run!) that I need to replace before it fails outright. I have several battery packs on the rack as well. I have replaced batteries a couple of times over the years.
How do I determine the current actual load from the NMC? I see "Load Power 73.4 %Watts" but I don't know how to use that to determine the total watts in the load since it is listed as a percentage.

On the back of must of the APC UPSs near the power cord (usually) it tells you the max wattage of the different size UPSs. From that you can divide the max wattage of your UPS by 100. Then multiply that number by your percentage.
So from google the max wattage for your UPS is 2100 watts so your running 1541.4 watts
