Hi.
After replacing the battery in the SRT 2200, an accident appeared on the device screen, the battery needs to be replaced. The web interface also displays this error (in the attachment). Calibration was successful. The accident didn't go away.

You just need to enter the new battery installation date as seen in your second photo. 👍

Please do the same through the NMC Web Interface and report back the results. As a reminder insure the system clock (date & time) are correct and can reach an accurate NTP Server! ☝️

The date and time are configured through the NTP server, today I changed the installation date both through the web interface and through the display, the error does not go away, the date of the next replacement does not change. Through the display, it does not save any settings. I will try to shut down the UPS completely.

Just to be clear the battery cartridge was installed this year (2024) - correct?!? As your screen capture shows an input date of 2023? 🤔
In the interim I would complete a brain dead procedure in case the system is in some unknown state.
Brain Dead: Disconnect all loads, remove AC Mains, disconnect battery cartridge, press & hold the power button. You may hear a click and beep from the unit once complete.
Reconnect the entire system and power up.
Login to the NMC and change the battery installation date and report back the results. Insure the system clock is accurate and the unit reports NTP was successful.
