Are APC metered PDUs true RMS responding?

Are all APC metered PDUs true RMS responding?

Hello,

The reading on the PDUs are true RMS, with an accuracy rating within 3-5%. If the current is below 1amp, then the screen will read 0. Also, the higher the amperage being pulled through the PDU, the more accurate the reading.
