I have an APC SMT1500RM2U uninterruptable power supply that powers off 10 minutes after being powered on even though it is plugged into a live AC outlet and the battery is 50% charged.

Before powering off this UPS also displays a message that the output is off.

I have reset this UPS to the default settings several times but it continues to do this.

This issue began occurring when I shut this UPS off for several months since I wasn't going to use it.

Now when I power it on it does this and will not stay on.

What can I do to fix this issue so this UPS will stay powered on and won't shut off?
