Hi all,
We bought a AP8659, it can sometimes receive readings of 30 Watts (Great!), below the squelching threshold listed in this FAQ article: http://www.apc.com/site/support/us/en/faq/?page=content&id=FA156074
However, due to the squelching threshold, it is not consistent.
Q: Now is there a way to disable this squelching feature and just report whatever reading it received? Cause it can read below 50 Watts:
We are testing on Outlet 22 and 23. Both have the same load, however, only outlet 23 receives a reading. We have repeated the tests on other outlets and it is similarly inconsistent.
