ACRC502 - Humidifier Commmunication Fault

Hi All

I have a client that has a number of InRow RCs - ACRC502 however some of them are showing Humidifier Communication Fault, Heater 1 Fault, Heater 3 Fault..

How can these Alarms be addressed considering the Units do not actually have Humidifiers?

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  I would start by identifying the current firmware that is running on the network management card of the cooling units.

The network card could be a 1st or 2nd generation and their firmware is different from one another, if you have access to the web interface, kindly provide the firmware.
