AB7920B cannot bootup

hi team, 

currently i am working on a used AB7920B, after i reset the PDU by pressing the reset button.
seems the APC7920B cannot resume to normal. 

the warning LED indicator shows Amber
and the RJ45 socket lower LED shows Green & Amber flashing. 

i want to know any method to resume the PDU?

Pay special attention to page 15 as it relates to the LED status and their meaning. 

Ensure you have the supplied APC proprietary serial cable. As you’ll need to access the unit via the CLI using a terminal program like Putty.

All of the above is the most basic you need to have on hand and understand. If your network uses any kind of certificates, authentication, fixed IP Addressing etc.

You will definitely need to connect to the PDU directly with the serial cable with a laptop so configured to communicate with the target PDU.
