When Schneider Electric France decided to move its Energy Business from Grenoble suburbs, it began its path to LEED certification as part of the company’s corporate commitment to environment and energy efficiency.
On the journey to certify the asset, we've been using the Arc LEED platform - a tool to collect, manage and score building performance.
The Solution
For two decades, LEED has defined what it means to be a green building. And Arc Skoru, partner of USGBC, provides a tool to track operational building performance across five categories: energy, water, waste, human experience and transportation.
The tool is interfaced with the EcoStruxure Building solution to produce the metrics:
“Arc for All” means that any project, anywhere can measure and score real world performance. Integration allows the Arc technology platform to perform analysis, generate reports, and calculate performance scores.
These features allow the project owner to benchmark performance efficiently and intuitively. This also helps in preparing the building for LEED V4.1 Operations and Maintenance certification or re-certification.
