I see a strong global trend for increasing urgently the End Users Food & beverage plants OEE though quick & low-cost improvements. This trend seam to vary quite a bit depending of countries & type of process food. What about you ? What do you see as fare as you are concerned ?

Today, it seems our food habits are changing, the way we eat is changing … & this is leading to drastic changes in the volume & type of needed production batches

I frequently ear

  • “In my dairy plant, my challenge is to produce 20% faster …”
  • “… I see a large gap between my golden OEE & the operational one, this is killing my bottom line & I won’t invest in an additional production line”
  • “ … my marketing is asking me to test different recipe on the market every other day & I want to produce the same one all year long because this is better OEE…”
