In current context how to enable safe work remote?

Being able to access equipment remotely, safely and in a secured mode is more & more important. You can remotely diagnose problems by checking the equipment, and fix issues more quickly without on site intervention. 


Have you been in this situation already to need or use such connectivity ? I am interested by your experience !
