Hello,
We have a SCADAPack 350 that responds with 16 bits instead of 32 bits for Long/Float registers. Could this be a configuration or firmware problem? We have a SCADAPack 330 that responds appropriately, with a firmware that is a little newer.
Enron Modbus:
5001 - 6999 | Long integer
7000 - 9999 | Float
Thank you for any help.**_

All set here, it WAS a simple setting. In RealFlo, select the communications port being used(for example, either Serial Ports or IP Configuration). There will be an Enron Modbus setting for the port which needs to be set to Enabled. The Enron Station(ID) can be set as well.
Now the SCADAPack will respond with 32-bit responses for the appropriate ranges.
5000-6999 for long integer
7000-65535 for float_**
