GP10 Field Unit showing "2049"

My field units GP10 are showing "2049" as device status instead of showing 1 or 0, i have tried resetting the field units several times.

Re: GP10 Field Unit showing "2049"

The device status of Accutechs can be added together. You are getting a 1 + 2048. If memory serves correctly, 2048 is a code indicating that the configuration of the device was changed through the buttons on the unit. It's not a bad thing, just informational. More details can be found in the free Accutech Manager software's help files.

Re: GP10 Field Unit showing "2049"

But in my E configurator, it shows Engineering unit exceeded when reading the DNP3 point, do i adjust the engineering unit to accomodate this value or is there a way that i can split this to get my 1 seperate from the 2048?

Re: GP10 Field Unit showing "2049"

Yes. You will have to lookup what the maximum range of the value could be from the Accutech Manager software help file which I can't seem to find using google right now.
