This communication is to inform you about the de-activation of legacy url "hto.power.schneider-electric.com" of the application "EcoStruxure Power Design - Electrical Calculation Tools."

Why?

Last year we had replaced this url by “ect.se.com” for the application Electrical Calculation Tools in line with our SE web branding guidelines and Cybersecurity certification process.

We have also provided the "default re-direction from legacy url to this new one" in order to give time for all stakeholders towards a seamless transition.

As we have additional costs to maintain this re-direction after 1 year, it is decided to de-activate starting this April and de-commission completely by April end 2022 .

What next?

Good news is that 99% of our 3500+ monthly users are using the latest URL as per Jan 2022.

In case old url is still used in our web portals to promote Electrical Calculation Tools or bookmarked in web browser as favorites, please directly use “ect.se.com” for service continuity.

Old URL access will lead to Error 404. Any customer case reported for old links, shall be oriented to above link.
