Can anyone please confirm which CM tool can be used for PME v8.2 DC Edition and provide the link to download it?

Sorry for the late response. 

It depends for which software version you are upgrading your system to. 

The CM Tool version is compatible with the PME version you would like to upgrade to, for instance, if you want to upgrade your PME 8.2 to PME 2023, you will need to use the CM Tool 2023 to take the archive of your old system.
