History back, Alt+(Left or right) in Virtual ViewX

History back is not supported when you access GEO SCADA through Virtual ViewX. The function brings you back to the former URL, and not the former Mimics.

This function was supported in WebX and is confusing for our customers.

It might be better to raise this as a 'bug' with your local Tech Support.

If ViewX supports this function, and VirtualViewX doesn't (and it's not documented as not existing in VirtualViewX) then it's more a bug than a non-implemented feature.

I have already reported this as a bug in Virtual ViewX, but local tech support recommended me to register this as a feature request.

As above, items submitted here are all considered. Outcomes are in product release notes.

For this item, browser back/forward are directed to the outer frame and cannot command ViewX functions at present.

We are considering changing the 'annoying' element of this by preventing the browser back command from leaving Virtual ViewX.
