"Fatal Error - System level exception thrown"

Hi,

I upgrade the OS of my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits.

After installed Ecodial 4.9.7 (the lastest) i get an error when launching: "Fatal error - System level exception thrown". What could be? It works fine with Windows 7.

Solved! I installed Framework 3.5 and the program runs fine.

Yes the .NET Framework is essential for the Ecodial application to work well.

I have a same problem with my new PC THINKPAD T14s

I have instaled the EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial 4.9.7 today and  when i run the software i have this message

Scenario 1:

For the good working of EcoStruxure Power Design - Ecodial, the .Net Framework is essential. So kindly please check the availability of the .Net framework at your New PC.

If not available, then kindly please install the same.

Scenario 2:

In some computers, the same should be already available and needs to be enabled.

As explained here…from the control panel.

Enable .NET 3.5 from Control Panel
