Hi guys!
Does anyone here meet the same question like me?
I'd like to create a diagram with both of main and backup loads.
However, it seems like ECODIAL hasn't got an interlock method to let 01 load running only.
So far, I use 'turn on/off' function to open respective MCCBs of backup loads.
However, it causes error messages all the time.
If you guys may know any better input, kindly raise it! Many Thanks!!

Hi,
Thank you for writing us. You can use operating modes to handle such kind of scenarios.
Refer to the following video tutorial for creating the operating mode.

Thanks.

Hello
Thanks for reaching us through the “EcoStruxure Power Design - Forum.”
Operating Modes:
Considering the above reply with a video tutorial to create the operating modes, as a reference.
If you have created the ‘operating modes’, then you should define the ‘operating scenarios’ for those ‘operating modes’ by ‘opening & closing’ the necessary switches.
In this way, you can define the ‘loads working on the normal and backup’ situations.
Note:
Kindly please come back, if you need further clarifications on this topic.
