Error 1920 in Ecodial 4.9.8 setup

Service Schneider Electric SUT Service (Schneider Electric SUT Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
What I've done:
Platform is Windows 10
1. Tried to run the installer as an adminstrator
2. I found SUT service in services.msc tried to start it manually but it didn't work it says it is closed aumatically

Thanks for reaching out. Please confirm if you have much needed admin rights.

Also, please share the email id with which you are trying to access Ecodial.

This error seems to be related to SESU client. I will try to get some support for the same for you.
