MGE 7000 - 66123 NMC

Hi All,

I have MGE 7000 UPSs using the 66123 NMC. I have configured the network settings on the NMC and I can log onto the NMV via Web Browser. However when I discover the UPS into DCE (v8.1.0), the UPS discovers and instantly gives a communication lost alarm. I cannot view the UPS Sensors or model on DCE. The Device Credentials and Community names are all correct What could be the cause for this and possible resolutions?
