Support Configuration for Geo SCADA Expert Server to use existing Windows Certificate Store Certificate

The current way that Geo SCADA Expert requires both a Certificate .CER and a Private Key file (.KEY) does not conform to best practise security mechanisms.

The Windows Operating System already contains a secure Certificate Store which retains Certificates and their associated Private Keys. It does such in a manner that reduces the likelihood of the Private Key being disclosed.

In contrast Geo SCADA Expert currently requires that the Private Key be stored within a file which can NOT be encrypted, and hence is more easily disclosed.

It would be great if Geo SCADA Expert allowed for the selection of a Certificate from the Windows Certificate Store (similar to how IIS does).
