Do we have any high level guidelines or process that needs to be followed at the time of installation and commissioning?

Hi Billy,

There are #3 high-level guidelines available that need to be followed while working on the Installation and Commissioning process  of the EcoStruxure Energy Hub:

1. Before going to site:
   1. Have your Site Server, or ensure available at site (power cord acquired separately).
   2. Check you have (or customer has) received your Energy Hub subscription activations via e-mail.
   3. Collect relevant information from customer (name, address, intended users, organization and site name).
   4. Obtain relevant IT information (proxy server, static IP, access to corporate LAN) from your customer.
      
      
2. While on site:
   1. Configure device to network. verify naming convention with customer/equipment.
   2. Configure Site Server (including Adding devices).
   3. Connect to EcoStruxure Energy Hub & activate subscriptions.
   4. Configure meters.
   5. Configure alarms.
   6. Other configurations (e.g. logging interval).
   7. Verify data/connection to EcoStruxure Energy Hub.
   8. Trigger alarm to verify EcoStruxure Energy Hub sees the alert.
   9. Add remote services to the EcoStruxure Energy Hub account.
   10. If any additional documents were shared to On-site engineer.
   11. Share to remote services as it may be helpful with EcoStruxure Energy Hub setup.
       
       
3. What can be done remotely:
   1. Verify access to customer site.
   2. Verify Site Server & meter connection.
   3. Setup Energy information (if Energy Code Compliance activated).
   4. Setup SLD (if Electrical Distribution Monitoring and Alarming activated).
   5. Check alarms (if Electrical Distribution Monitoring and Alarming activated).
   6. Add users to EcoStruxure Energy Hub account.
   7. Review setup with customer.
