Connect to device (M251d)

Hello,

I would like to connect to my M251d, following the instructions on the documentation with the login installer / *********, but the PLC is always rejecting the connection.

Check the picture below:

Is there a way to do a factory reset ?

Thank you.

Re: Connect to device (M251d)

Hi

from the snap the M251d is already configured using another solution and hence the default credentials is no more valid.

if you donot remember the credentials, only way is to reset the device. Please refer to the M251d user manual installed with SW.

Refer to the below chapter on how to use SD Card to reset device.
