Hello Guys, I have some issues when try to installing Power Monitoring Expert 2021. Error on step Start Service and Verivy Registered Service.
Request: StartServices fail at function call: StartInstalledServices in broker: BrokerFragments\ServiceManager.broker.xml
Request: VerifyServicesRunning fail at function call: VerifyInstalledServices in broker: BrokerFragments\ServiceManager.broker.xml
please everyone help.

Error message is service timed out trying to start, are you able to start this service manually? If not recommend you contact technical support to troubleshoot this and start a case. Be sure to try starting the service, wait 5 minutes, then take a diagnostic tool snapshot of your system to send to tech support.

Hello @JohnathanMatos ,
To start services, Start -> Run->"Services.msc" (without quotes) -> ION services. Select the service and click run/start. If this does not start the service you can try change the account the service is running from. If changing the service to local system does not help, I recommend contacting technical support to start a case and troubleshoot. Be sure to include a diagnostic tool output.

I do have the same issure, do I need to manually start those services? all web can't open as well. Thanks

I hope everything is alright. I had this problem in the new version of PME 2023
Fortunately, I was able to resolve the situation by installing .Net 4.8 from the developer package version.
