Dear team
good morning
i have installed three galaxy 5500 ,100kva ups at our client, both ups SNMP card showing ups status, but one of them showing communication lost error and also showing Galaxy 7000 status on display,can you help us to resolve issue if there is need any firmware upgrade, so please share latest firmware and process as well.

Have you compared the firmware versions on each of the cards? You should do that and then contact local support. They will assist you to correcting the issue.
