noise is normal

Hi,
Recently I bought a STM1000l,

When the batteries are at 100%, the noise start and it's go ahead every 20 seconds.
It is possible to hear it also when the smart UPS is off, but with the current attached.
Is there anyone with this model? is there this noise?

The seller has sent another ups, but there is the same noise..

what to do? Need a help
