new SRT1000XLI battery not attached ??

Hi,

I just bought and connect a new
I followed the manuel and connected the battery but the UPS shows no RBC connected.

I installed Powerchute business 9.5 .
I'm sure the battery is connected , the connector is plugged.
What is wrong ?

It would be best to contact your local customer care centre who can troubleshoot this issue with you.
