low-budget networked server ups choice

I need a UPS for a small rack cabinet with only one L2 switch in it.

This UPS model must have an built-in themperature sensor or allow installing a network management card with Environmental Monitoring to use SNMP/Scanner feature of my Netbotz appliance.

Will the "APC Smart-UPS SC 450VA 120V - 1U Rackmount/Tower" fit the bill ? It is described as "Network manageable" but there is no information about Environmental Monitoring and SNMP features.

Or should i choose a "APC Smart-UPS 750VA USB & Serial RM 1U 120V" (SUA750RM1U) with a SmartSlot and install an AP9631 card ?
