i have 3 smart ups 1000's and i cant get a client to communicate with them all

i tried to set up the network shutdown with the 3 up's at first only 1 and 3 could connect so i reset the authentication phrase on all 3 to be admin user phrase

after that i could connect to 2 but not 1 and 3

ive reset the authentication phrase dozens of times to different things, and rebooted the management interface but i cant get it to work.

ive used different browsers, IE AND chrome, still not working. any idea what im doing wrong?

Hi,

Is PowerChute installed and showing no communications with the 2 NMCs and if so on what OS PCNS is installed on? Also, what is the firmware revision running on the NMCs?

I resolved this by changing the user passphrase to something without spaces in it. as apparently it doesn't like that.
