e-mail notification issue

Hello,

We seem to be having issues sending e-mail notifications from some of our UPS devices, other ones that have identical configuration seem to be working fine.

I managed to solve the problem with couple by upgrading them to the latest firmware version, however, this did not solve any of the issues with the other ones.

Can someone help, is this a known issue, is there a config file which I can pull that can pin point where the issue is to help me with the troubleshooting of this?
