I have been an APC partner for a very long time. One of the best aspects of the program was the ability to take an existing UPS and trade it in for a new device and get a discount, along with free return shipping for recycling.
I was on the TradeUPS page this morning and didn't see a discount. So I called the Partner team to find out what was going on. I was told that there is no longer a discount applied to BackUPS and BackUPS Pro devices. The shipping label for free recycling is still available.
I am quite shocked that I received absolutely no partner communication about this, and nothing at all is noted on the TradeUPS page.
